2.1 Information you provide

• Account information: name, email, phone number, password, date of birth, gender.
• Profile information: profile photo, address, emergency contacts, blood type, allergies, diagnoses.
• Health data: vital signs (blood pressure, glucose, pulse, temperature), medications, prescriptions, lab results, imaging reports, clinical notes, and any documents you upload.
• Doctor verification data (Doctors only): medical license number and documents, employment evidence, hospital affiliations, specialty.
• Appointments and communications: appointments you book, messages, reviews, and notes.
• Support communications: any information you send us when contacting support.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone.
• Usage data: screens viewed, features used, crashes, and diagnostic logs.
• Identifiers: a device-generated identifier used for authentication and security.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from authentication providers (if you sign in via a third party) and from your healthcare provider when they upload records on your behalf.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Provide core features: vitals tracking, records storage, medication management, appointment booking, treatment guidelines, and the Emergency QR code.
• Connect patients with verified doctors and enable clinical workflows.
• Verify doctor credentials before granting provider access.
• Send appointment reminders, critical vital alerts, and service notifications.
• Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health data for advertising.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

• Your consent — for processing health and other sensitive data.
• Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Service.
• Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

5. How we share information

• With doctors you choose. When you book or interact with a doctor, that doctor can view the health information needed to provide care.
• With first responders (Emergency QR). Anyone who scans your Emergency QR code can view the limited critical information you have chosen to include. Only enable this feature if you accept this.
• With service providers. We use trusted vendors for hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support. They are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• For legal reasons. When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., medical record-keeping requirements) or for fraud prevention.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
